Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Li A. Ya. (IIN 780131401137), 26/6 N. Abdirov St., Karaganda 100017, Republic of Kazakhstan. The website interstudy.kz is run by InterStudy (InterActive English Center). Contact for personal data questions: admin@interstudy.kz, +7 705 542 40 02.

This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and applies to all pages of interstudy.kz.

2. What we collect

• Data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, who fills in the form (student or parent), grade, city, service of interest, comment.
• Technical data: the page the request was sent from, date and time.
• If web analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics) are enabled, they collect anonymised visit data using cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We do not request identity documents or payment details through the website.

3. Why we use it

• to contact you and respond to your request;
• to provide a consultation, suggest a programme or university, or book career guidance, a tour or a course;
• to conclude and perform a contract if you decide to use our services;
• to improve the website and our services (in anonymised form only).

4. Consent

By sending a request and ticking the consent box, you agree to the collection and processing of this data for the purposes in section 3. If a request is sent by a minor, we confirm a parent's or legal guardian's consent at first contact.

5. Where data is stored and who receives it

Requests are stored in a protected Google spreadsheet (Google LLC) and forwarded to a private staff chat in Telegram. These services may store data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan; by sending a request you agree to such cross-border transfer. Only InterStudy staff who work with clients have access.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data may be shared with a university or partner only with your separate consent (for example, when applying for admission) or when legally required by public authorities.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes in section 3, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. After that the data is deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent by writing to admin@interstudy.kz. We will respond within the time limits set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Security

Access to requests is limited to staff who need it, accounts are protected with passwords and two-step verification, and requests are never published.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.
