FAQ

What age is the tour designed for?+
Tours are designed for students in grades 8–11 (approximately 13–17 years old). The optimal age is grades 9–11, when career choice is already a pressing question. Occasionally grade 8 students join by arrangement with the teacher.
How do we get to the destination city?+
Transport (train, bus) is purchased by parents independently. The teacher provides the meeting time and place in the city. We help with scheduling at the time of registration.
What if the group has fewer than 7 people?+
The tour will not run or will be moved to the next date. That's why early registration is important — it helps us fill the group. A full refund is given if the tour is cancelled.
How do I pay? Is instalment available?+
Payment via Kaspi, Halyk, or cash. A deposit of 20 000–30 000 ₸ is required at registration; the balance is due one week before the tour. Staged payment is available by arrangement. Ask on WhatsApp →
What will my child get out of the tour?+
The main outcome is a real impression of universities: atmosphere, students, campuses. The child speaks with current students and sees dormitories, lecture halls, and labs. Many come back with a clear sense of where they want to apply — or where they definitely do not. That is equally valuable.
