I work with teenagers aged 14–18 — helping them understand themselves and find a direction that is truly theirs, not imposed on them.

My background includes a US educational psychology degree, advanced training at the international school Punkt B, and 40+ completed cases with verified outcomes. I work online across all of Kazakhstan.

My approach: no tests for the sake of tests. Every diagnostic is a step towards understanding this specific person. The child leaves with not a list of professions, but a clear path with reasoning.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best age to start career guidance?
The optimal age is 14–16. Early enough for considered university preparation, and mature enough for diagnostic work. The group workshop suits from 14, individual sessions from 15–16.
How does "University Placement" differ from "My Career"?
"My Career" is a group session (1.5 hours) on Zoom: discover your personality type and career fields. Good as a first step or orientation. "University Placement" is 2 sessions over 2–3 weeks: intro (free), 7 days of independent work, and a final session with parents. Result: proprietary diagnostics, written report, and a selection of 7–10 universities in Kazakhstan. Intro session free this summer. Different goals — different products.
Do you work with children from other cities?
Yes, fully online. All sessions are via Zoom. Clients from Balkhash, Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, and other cities of Kazakhstan.
What does the written report include?
8–12 pages: personality analysis across all diagnostics, strengths, growth areas, 3–5 career directions with rationale, selection of 7–10 Kazakhstani universities with programmes and tuition costs.
Can I pay via Kaspi?
