📝 State grants (UNT)

How it works

Kazakhstani citizens compete for state grants with their UNT (Unified National Testing) score. The threshold is the Ministry minimum; the cut-off score is the lowest score that won a grant. International students usually study on a fee-paying basis or with university scholarships. Grants: No state grants; entrance scholarships of 30–70% (up to 100%) for the first semester, then merit scholarships up to 100% based on GPA; 5% off for paying the full year before 1 September.
